Sumet was born from the desire to change the way the beauty and manufacturing industries approach sustainability and food waste. We source, extract and distill food and herbs that would otherwise go to waste to create beautiful skin and hair care products that are good for the body and good for the environment.
Reducing waste
Our unique model means each product release we create with essential oils is created from seasonal fruit or vegetables growing at that time of the year. We use what already exists to reduce waste and honour the produce and land that has created such beauty for us to enjoy.
Sustainable and effective
We want to empower people to understand what they’re putting on their bodies and why we should all be making conscious choices to take care of mother earth. Your skin or hair care routine doesn’t need to be complex or cost the earth, it just needs to deliver real results and that is what we are all about.
